Boyce “Binky” Cousineau, 51, of 5821W US Highway 2, Manistique, Michigan died unexpectedly on February 3, 2011 at the Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital in Manistique.
He was born February 29, 1960 in Manistique, the son of Martin and Merle (Hursh) Cousineau and was raised by his beloved Aunt and Uncle, Harry and Elaine Hastings of Thompson.
He attended Manistique Area Schools and was a graduate of Manistique High School with the Class of 1978. He later moved to Colorado and was employed as a supervisor for concrete contractors.
On February 4, 2011 he married Felicia K. Kazlaskia in Glenwood Springs, Colorado and they moved to Manistique in August of 2011.
Binky was a longtime member of the Zion Lutheran Church of Manistique. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, skiing and 4-wheeling.
He is survived by his wife, Felicia K. Cousineau of Manistique; daughter, Rene' Elaine Cousineau of Chicago; sons, Aaron Daniel Cousineau of Avon, CO and Raymond Kazlaskia of Brick, NJ; the mother of his children, Andrea Rubick Williams of Glenwood Springs, CO; his beloved uncle, Harry Hastings of Manistique; sisters, Bonnie (John) Garvin of Manistique, Brenda (Don) Bauer of Harrison, Beverly (Don) Holding of Fruita, CO and Rita (Bruce) Rossier of Manistique; his brothers, William (Marilyn) Cousineau of Boyne Falls, MI, Martin Cousineau, Jr. of Harrison, Noel Hastings of Manistique and Frank (Diane) Hastings of Manistique; along with several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his beloved aunt, Elaine Hastings.
A memorial service will be announced and held at a later date.
